The Customer illustrates what are the goals to be achieved through the use of software Arcadia. Arcadia's staff carefully analyzes the activities, organizational structure and processes of production, therefore, proposes the best solutions to achieve what was intended. In doing all this Arcadia uses a rigorous working methodology, timely structured in four phases, each of which represents an important intermediate step for the assessment of per formance.
The project defined with Customer is carried out through the completion of four phases, each of which plays a specific role in achieving the final objective.
In the first phase is carried out a careful analysis of the Customer, its organization and the goals it has set itself. The Customer has at the same time, the ability to assess the technological solutions proposed by Arcadia and decide if it sees fit to obtain the desired results.
After the analysis of the Customer's state in relation to its specific needs, people within the organization are identified for participating to the project phase.
Basing on the previous analysis, a project is developed to meet the needs of the customer. At the same time prepare the customer at the hardware and basic software and train personnel involved in the process using, if necessary, the data previously used.
